I have somewhat already spoken about this when discussion the obligations earlier, but it is worth going over again briefly. The Immortality mod gives you a bunch of decisions, including granting and taking away immortality from yourself and others, setting your visual age and curing diseases and wounds. It provides a small opinion bonus with other rulers and unlocks certain nicknamesbut that's it. The game will register the child as your grandchild and you won't need to worry about succession. We also killed the driver, to get rid of a potential witness.
